Refund policy


Thanks for ordering from Lullaby Bloom! We hope that you will love your new baby items, but if for any reason you're not happy with your order, then we'd be happy to help you with your return.

Free Exchanges and Refunds (Within 14 Days)

We are happy to accept returns for regular priced items purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the items are in excellent condition.

"Excellent condition" means the item(s) must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags still attached
  • Returned in their original packaging

 

Please Note:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery for both the returned item and the exchanged item (if applicable).
  • For international deliveries, you will need to return your item back to us in Dubai, and once we have received your item we will process your refund.
  • Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after the items have been inspected by Lullaby Bloom after collection.
  • Note that products that are marked down, and products purchased during sales and promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to make a Return or Exchange 

  1.  Please email us at hello@lullaby-bloom.com requesting a return.

  2. Once your return request has been received and agreed to, Lullaby Bloom will organise the courier.

  3. The courier will collect your parcel with the items that you’d like to refund or exchange.

  4. The pick up will be arranged within 3 working days in the UAE.
