Refund policy

Thanks for ordering from Lullaby Bloom! We hope that you will love your new baby items, but if for any reason you're not happy with your order, then we'd be happy to help you with your return.

Free Exchanges and Refunds (Within 14 Days)

We are happy to accept returns for regular priced items purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the items are in excellent condition.

"Excellent condition" means the item(s) must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With all original tags still attached
• Returned in their original packaging

 

Please Note:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us for a change-of-mind return or exchange.
• The customer is also responsible for the delivery cost of the exchanged item, where applicable.
• For international orders, items must be returned to us in Dubai. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by Lullaby Bloom before a refund or exchange is approved.
• Products that are marked down or purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

How to make a Return or Exchange 

1.  Please email us at hello@lullaby-bloom.com requesting a return.

2. Once your return request has been received and agreed to, Lullaby Bloom will organise the courier.

3. The courier will collect your parcel with the items that you’d like to refund or exchange.

4. The pick up will be arranged within 3 working days in the UAE.
