Shipping Destinations

We ship our products globally. However, certain regions may have restrictions or extended delivery times due to logistics or customs.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

UAE Delivery Times and Costs

We know that you're super excited to get your Lullaby Bloom goodies - so we've got 4 delivery options in the UAE to get them to you quickly!

And don't forget that there is free shipping on orders above 200 AED in the UAE!

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 Business Days : AED 20
  • Urgent 4 Hour Delivery in Dubai: Dubai Only - Order by 4pm: AED 40

International Delivery Times and Costs

We're excited to post our Lullaby Bloom goodies around the World!

For international deliveries, the delivery charge is calculated at checkout. We offer delivery by DHL Express to most international locations.

Average International Delivery Times:

  • GCC Countries: 2-4 working days
  • Europe and the UK: 4-6 working days
  • Rest of the World: 6-8 working days

 

Please Note:

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable).
  • Lullaby Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays).
  • If your package is lost, contact us at hello@lullaby-bloom.com with your order number and tracking information. We will assist in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Lullaby Bloom is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Changes to Orders

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at hello@lullaby-bloom.com immediately. Address changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
